The Problem – Wooden Fence Posts Rot
Wooden fence and gate posts rot at the ground-line section because of oxygen, fungi & moisture in the soil. First off, the preservatives that were pressure infused into the posts begins to leach out. As the preservatives escape the moisture and fungi enter. The final outcome – the wooden fence posts rot out and fall over. This happens prematurely to the entire fence failing and therefore more times than not shortens the life of the entire fence considerably!
Where Does This Rot Happen?
This damaging combination is only present at the critical ‘ground-line’ section, and typically extends 150 mm or 6” below the ground level. Deeper in the ground; oxygen supply is limited, so wood-decaying fungi do not survive.

We will always have hundreds on hand and we can install them on fence posts when constructing your new fence, or we will also be selling them on their own to the public.
They will be available as the sleeve alone, or installed on a pressure treated 4×4, 4×6, or 6×6 posts. We purchase them at wholesale prices and pass the savings on to you, especially when you buy large quantities.
